TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASES IN THE 2026 FASHION SALE

These terms and conditions may be modified during the Presale and Fashion Sale, so the customer is obligated to read them from time to time to be aware of any updates to each section.

The customer must carefully read the terms and conditions, as well as review the dynamics of each promotion and discount, prior to purchasing any product during the Presale and Fashion Sale. The discounts established in these terms and conditions will only apply to products with regular prices, meaning those that are not already on sale, except as established in the section on up to 60% discount on sale products.

Discounts, interest-free months, and/or any benefit established in these terms and conditions will only be applicable to products sold through www.hypsters.com (“hypsters.com”).

1. Fashion Sale

The "Fashion Sale 2026" will begin at 12:00 a.m. on May 25, 2026, and end at 11:59 p.m. on June 2, 2026 (Central Mexico Time). Any transaction outside this timeframe will not be eligible for the campaign benefits.

1.1 Promotions during the Fashion Sale.

15% discount on regular-priced products.

1.2 Up to 60% discount on sale products

Discounts are for products previously selected as seasonal clearance. The discount margin can range from 15% to 60% off the original price and depends on color, size, etc. The discount is included in the price of each product, however, it will be reflected in the final price of the purchase.

Discounts are not stackable, nor do they apply with other promotions or discounts, or to the purchase of Gift Cards.

1.3 Exchanges and returns

You have the right to exchange and return a product purchase, without justification, within a maximum period of 30 days from the shipping confirmation in the case of purchases on the Website or APP, and subject to the deadlines and instructions described on www.hypsters.com. Additionally, you cannot return the purchase of the following products: a) personalized items, b) products without their original packaging, c) hosiery, d) underwear, e) socks, f) swimwear without the hygienic lining, g) hair accessories, h) perfumes, i) body splash, j) any product modified, used or damaged, partially or totally, due to use or any other cause attributable to the customer, k) items purchased in other countries, and j) clearance or last-piece items.

GUARANTEED DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

For your purchases made through  www.hypsters.com between December 14 and 18, 2025, we guarantee delivery no later than December 24, 2025 (the “Guaranteed Delivery”).

 

Guaranteed Delivery does not apply in the following cases and restrictions:
 

•      Purchases must be for seasonal products; they do not apply to sale products.

 

•      Purchases must be made no later than 4:00 p.m. on December 18, 2025. Purchases made after this time will no longer be considered for Guaranteed Delivery.

 

•      Guaranteed Delivery only applies to deliveries to physical stores or to addresses located within a participating postal code in Mexico City, Metropolitan Area, and Out-of-Area Deliveries, which can be consulted at the following links:

• 

•      Customers identified as wholesalers: Orders associated with customers classified as wholesalers or with an overload in express delivery mode will lose the delivery guarantee.

•      Loss of guaranteed delivery: due to incorrect address placement detected before or during the physical transit of the order.

•      Loss of guaranteed delivery: when the delivery information has an error in the address where the delivery should be made.

•      Loss of guaranteed delivery: when the customer is absent on the first delivery attempt.

•      Loss of guaranteed delivery: for orders placed outside the established deadline (between December 14 and 18, 2025).

•      No guaranteed delivery: for orders affected by natural phenomena, popular uprisings, political or social situations, or any unforeseen event or force majeure that interrupts or prevents the natural transit of merchandise.
