We want you to be happy when you receive that look you loved! If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to request an exchange or return. If the merchandise you purchased has a defect or flaw that diminishes its quality or makes it unsuitable for its intended use, you have a maximum of 90 calendar days from the date of purchase to request an exchange or return. For personal hygiene reasons, there are no exchanges or returns on one-piece swimsuits or bikini bottoms, underwear, cosmetics, earrings, piercings, or items that have already been worn.

You can make an exchange or return at your favorite Shasa store as long as you present your order number, purchase receipt, the merchandise in good condition, unused or unwashed, with its respective tags and in its original packaging.
If you wish to make an exchange, please remember that you can choose the same item in a different color or size, if we still have it in stock, or another item of the same price. If you love a different, more expensive item, you can exchange it and only pay the price difference. We can also offer you a refund or a store credit for the value of the merchandise purchased, valid for future purchases at any of our physical stores for 30 calendar days from the date of issue.
If you don't have a physical store near your home and prefer to make the return from home, please contact us.

Our customer service team will ask you to provide your order number and evidence that proves the product or merchandise meets the conditions
For returns, once this is confirmed, we will schedule the package pickup at your address with the designated courier. We will send you the tracking number, which you must print and include in the package containing the product or merchandise being returned. Remember to pack the product correctly to avoid any issues with the courier.
Once we receive the returned product at our distribution center, your refund will begin. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for your purchase. The refund should appear on your statement within 30 business days.
We recommend that you keep your ticket, printed or electronic, in case of any issues with your order.
