How can I make a purchase?
Shopping at hypsters.com.mx is very easy. Here's how to make a purchase so you can get the looks you want.

•On our website, you can navigate by clicking on the categories located in the upper left corner of the screen. You can go directly to the NEW IN section to see the latest arrivals from our stores or check out our most popular products in the BEST SELLERS section.
You can also place the cursor where it says SEARCH, the specific product you would like to see.

•When you find what you like, select the color and size you want. Now, press the ADD TO MY BAG button. Follow these same steps
to add all the looks you want.

•To view your items before proceeding to checkout, you can access the virtual shopping bag located in the upper right corner of the screen. There you can change your selection, add a coupon, view your total order amount, and, if paying with a Gift Card or E-Card, enter the code.

•The items will be stored in your virtual bag for 7 days. But don't take too long to complete your purchase, because our fashion sells out fast!

•To complete your purchase, simply press the PAY button. If you already have an account with us, enter your email address and password.
If you don't have an account, don't worry! You can purchase as a guest.

If I want to make a purchase, do I have to register? You don't need to be registered to shop at hypsters.com.mx! You can shop as a guest so you don't miss out on those looks you fell in love with.

One thing you should know is that if you purchase as a guest, you will not have access to the "MY PURCHASES" section to check the status of your orders.

I can't log in to "My Account". What should I do? Verify that your registered email and password are correct. If you've forgotten your password, you can recover it using the "Forgot your password?" option.

QUESTIONS ABOUT MY ORDER

What is the status of my order? You can find the status of your order in the "Order History" section. These are the different statuses your order can have:

a) Order Status Registered: This will appear when you place your order.
In preparation: It will appear as soon as we are processing your order.
Completed: This will appear once you have the order in your

b) Delivery Status •Not shipped: This will appear when your order is being prepared.
•Store Delivery: This will appear when your order is in transit to the store you indicated, if you selected Store Delivery.
•Home delivery: This will appear when your order is in transit to the address you indicated.
•Received in store: This will appear from the moment your order arrives at the store, if you selected Store Delivery.
•Delivered: This status is the final state indicating that the order has been successfully delivered to you.
•Abandoned: If you requested Store Pickup. Don't forget to pick up your order and miss the chance to wear that item you loved! This status will only appear if it hasn't been collected within 30 days of receiving the email notifying you of the order's arrival at the store. In this case, the charge will not be refunded.
•Cancelled: This status can occur due to a banking issue, a problem with the delivery address, or after two failed attempts to deliver the goods.

Interest-free monthly payments will depend on the promotions of the card you used to make the purchase.

What is a Gift Card?
If you're unsure what to give as a gift, we have the perfect solution. All our stores offer gift cards that you can purchase for any amount you choose. You can buy cards starting at $100 pesos with the design you like best to make that special someone feel loved. Our gift cards are valid at Shasa physical stores and in our online store. They are valid for one year, and to check the balance, simply ask one of our cashiers in-store. Gift cards cannot be reloaded.

Can I top up my Gift Card balance?
It is not possible to recharge it, we invite you to purchase a new one and discover all the designs we have for you.

What is my electronic ticket for?
Your electronic ticket is proof of purchase and has the same validity as a printed ticket. You can request it at any of our physical stores when you make your payment!

By the way… thanks to our entire community that is requesting electronic tickets instead of printed tickets, we have managed to minimize paper consumption.

Where can I get an invoice?
You can request your invoice directly in our stores, at the time of payment or in the request invoice section.

Where is my order?
You can always check the status of your order by logging into your account, visiting the "Order History" section, and clicking on the order number you wish to view. Where can I receive my order?
You can pick up your order at any of our Shasa physical stores or have it delivered to your home. We deliver to most addresses in Mexico, but there may be some addresses that our delivery service doesn't cover. Don't worry! We work with the largest courier companies in the country, but we've also included a list of postal codes within our service area. If you're unsure, you can check if your postal code is included here.

How long will it take to receive my order?
When processing your order, we will show you the available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times. Our delivery times range from 3 to 8 days, depending on your delivery address. Please note that deliveries are made only on business days.

Please allow a couple of extra days for deliveries in Baja California and Baja California Sur. During sales periods and the holiday season, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Can I change the shipping address?
As soon as you confirm your order, we begin working to deliver it to you as soon as possible. Therefore, once your purchase is complete, it is no longer possible to modify the delivery address.

Which countries do you ship to internationally?

International shipping is not currently available, but we may be able to make an exception for you. Our customer service department will contact you by phone to discuss the products you'd like to purchase.
