Where can I receive my order?

You can pick up your order at any of our stores or have it delivered to your home. We deliver to most addresses in Mexico, but there may be some addresses that are not covered by our shipping service. Don't worry, we work with the largest shipping companies in the country!

How long will it take to receive my order?

When processing your order, we will show you the available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times. Our delivery times range from 3 to 8 days, depending on your delivery address. Please note that deliveries are made only on business days.

Please allow an additional couple of days for deliveries in Baja California and Baja California Sur.

During the sales period and the Christmas season, delivery time may be slightly longer.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can always check the status of your order by logging into your account, visiting the "My Orders" section, and clicking on the order number you wish to view. We will also notify you via email of any changes to your order status. To log into your account
You must log in to hypsters.com.mx and click on the person icon located in the upper right corner of the screen.

The statuses you can find for your order in the "My Purchases" section are divided into two:

a) Order Status

Registered: This will appear when you make your purchase.
In preparation: It will appear as soon as we are processing your order.
Completed: This will appear once you have the order in your hands.

b) Delivery Status

•Not shipped: This will appear when your order is being prepared.
•Store Delivery: This will appear when your order is in transit to the store you indicated, if you selected Store Delivery.
•Home delivery: This will appear when your order is in transit to the address you indicated.
•Received in store : This will appear from the moment your order arrives at the store, if you selected Store Delivery.
•Delivered: This status is the final state indicating that the order has been successfully delivered to you.
•Abandoned: If you requested Store Pickup. Don't forget to pick up your order and miss the chance to wear that item you loved! This status will only appear if it hasn't been collected within 30 days of receiving the email notifying you of the order's arrival at the store. In this case, the charge will not be refunded.
•Cancelled: This status may occur due to a banking issue, or with the delivery address, or after two failed delivery attempts by the carrier to the indicated shipping address.

What email notifications will I receive regarding the status of my order?
  • Order Confirmation Email , which you will receive when you make your purchase
  • Shipping Confirmation Email when your order leaves our warehouse for the destination you have indicated
  • Order Delivered Email , when you receive your order and it's time to use it!

    In the case of in-store delivery, we will send you an email as soon as your order arrives at the store you selected, so you can pick it up.
If I'm not there, who can receive my order?

We know you may have many activities and obligations, that's why anyone who is at your home at that moment can receive your order by giving their name and signature, this way we can be sure that you receive it and can enjoy what you ordered.

Can the shipping address be different from the billing address?

Yes, during the checkout process you can specify a shipping address different from the one you entered as billing information.
